Clear End does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business, with licensed insurance carriers or their authorized partners when reasonably needed to explore the coverage you requested, with professional advisers, or when required by law. We require service providers to use information only for the services they provide to us and to protect it appropriately.

Meta lead forms and advertising

If you submit information through a Clear End lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides the information you chose to submit to Clear End under the notice presented with that form and Meta’s own privacy policy. We use those details to follow up on the specific insurance inquiry or related services you requested. We do not use lead information for purposes that are materially inconsistent with the notice provided at collection.

This website does not currently use advertising pixels or retargeting cookies. If Clear End adds those technologies in the future, this policy will be updated before or when that use begins.

Cookies and similar technologies

We may use basic technologies necessary for website functionality and security. We do not use cookies to make decisions about insurance eligibility or pricing. Your browser may allow you to control certain cookies; disabling them may affect some website functions.

You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link when available, or by contacting us directly.

Children’s privacy

Clear End’s services and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be handled as required by applicable law.
